Great start to our new Shower
We are starting our journey to getting a new shower installed. I found Thiel’s Home Solutions on-line, but thought they were to far from my location to help. Not the case. Within minutes of my call I had spoken with 3 employees and had a date to meet with Houston our field rep. Can not say enough about Houston. A great young man who not only know the product he is selling but knows from his experience what our space could handle and how to get the most bang for our buck. He took the time to sit with me and my wife to get to know us and what we were looking for. As this shower is a complete remodel, moving walls and plumbing, Houston was on the phone at 6 o’clock at night with the designer making sure everything would work out. That was impressive to have dedicated employees to answer the phone after hours. We our schedule for our new shower in the next few weeks and I will repost and let you know how it turns out. Thank you Houston keep up the great work you are doing.
converting to a handicap bathroom (renovation)
We were very impressed with how quickly we were able to schedule the renovation and how fast the project was completed. We asked them to remove a 1 person stand up shower and a 4x6 Jacuzzi bathtub. They replaced it with adding a 4x6 dual head shower, added a pedestal sink, floor to ceiling linen closet, and new flooring. The entire process took 2.5 days and turned out how we expected and more. The installers were professional, especially Andre. (He was fantastic!) We appreciated that they cleaned up after themselves. We are highly recommending all friends, neighbors, and family to Thiel's for any of their needs. We are extremely happy with their work and price. The Allens
Bathroom remodeled
Just had my bathroom remodeled in November and I absolutely love it! Thiel's makes it so easy and the quality of their work is fantastic. Steve walked me through every step of my decision, helping me to decide color and style. Luke and Todd installed everything and their work was done so efficiently and clean, leaving no mess behind for me to clean up. The pricing is a little higher than other quotes I received but I'm actually glad I went with them because the quality of their product and the lifetime guarantee is worth it.
First class experience
My experience with Thiel's was good from beginning to end. Their salesman and installer were very professional. The installer, Don Ball, was meticulous in his work. He even washed the window when he was done.
