converting to a handicap bathroom (renovation)
We were very impressed with how quickly we were able to schedule the renovation and how fast the project was completed. We asked them to remove a 1 person stand up shower and a 4x6 Jacuzzi bathtub. They replaced it with adding a 4x6 dual head shower, added a pedestal sink, floor to ceiling linen closet, and new flooring. The entire process took 2.5 days and turned out how we expected and more. The installers were professional, especially Andre. (He was fantastic!) We appreciated that they cleaned up after themselves. Bathroom remodeled
Just had my bathroom remodeled in November and I absolutely love it! Thiel's makes it so easy and the quality of their work is fantastic. Steve walked me through every step of my decision, helping me to decide color and style. Luke and Todd installed everything and their work was done so efficiently and clean, leaving no mess behind for me to clean up. The pricing is a little higher than other quotes I received but I'm actually glad I went with them because the quality of their product and the lifetime guarantee is worth it.
First class experience
My experience with Thiel's was good from beginning to end. Their salesman and installer were very professional. The installer, Don Ball, was meticulous in his work. He even washed the window when he was done.
Shower Upgrade
Very good, we are very happy with the service and installation of our new shower. The Installer was very courteous.
Shower install
Thiel's fabricated and installed a new acrylic shower to replace an old fiberglas unit. It required quite of prep work and relocating water lines. Andre, the installer, did an excellent job. He was on time both days, went right to work and worked diligently until he was finished. We were amazed how one person did so much work in 2 days. He is a very nice and friendly individual and seemes to enjoy his work. Best of all, he created a beautiful new shower for us. I highly recommend Thiel's. Everyone I came in contact there was very pleasant and made me feel like they truly want to provide quality products for their customers. This was my second time using them and I would use them again.

Extremely pleased
Kinda was fantastic Kinda answered all my questions about your products and how installation was to be done. What was covered etc. and how the product was made etc. Ty was excellent in installation. He was VERY neat and definitely knew how and what to do. The plastic sheeting was used extremely well and did keep the "mess" in the kitchen area. He was polite, pleasant and answered all the questions that I asked.
