Listen, I’m a very picky person. So when I say I was impressed this is the real deal. Bruce showed up a couple minutes before our appointment.. dressed to the 10s. Like I have NEVER had someone look so professional come to give us an estimate. He got bonus points right there. He put on shoe coverings and was super nice. Legit never had a great conversation with someone like this gentleman. He was very comfortable and understanding when we said our 19 month old was asleep. He did everything efficiently and as quietly as he could. He had a PowerPoint and walked us through everything. Which is amazing because I’m a very visual person so I was very pleased with this. He even made calls while at our house to see if we could get things done faster as our bath tub is unusable. He was genuine and legit probably the nicest person that has come out to give us an estimate. LISTEN HE DIDNT PRESSURE US AT ALL. He legit tried to get us the best price for me and my family. He just was overall a great human. He’s been here for about an hour and a half getting this done for us as we need a tub asap. Over all 100/10 for customer service. I am looking forward to the rest of this process!
