Great start to our new Shower
We are starting our journey to getting a new shower installed. I found Thiel’s Home Solutions on-line, but thought they were to far from my location to help. Not the case. Within minutes of my call I had spoken with 3 employees and had a date to meet with Houston our field rep. Can not say enough about Houston. A great young man who not only know the product he is selling but knows from his experience what our space could handle and how to get the most bang for our buck. He took the time to sit with me and my wife to get to know us and what we were looking for. As this shower is a complete remodel, moving walls and plumbing, Houston was on the phone at 6 o’clock at night with the designer making sure everything would work out. That was impressive to have dedicated employees to answer the phone after hours. We our schedule for our new shower in the next few weeks and I will repost and let you know how it turns out.
